“I’ve got a distinction at level 3 in Communications and Presentation Skills - I did level 2 first, I worked really hard and improved my results at level 3.The course was free with the Family Learning project. People at work have noticed how my confidence has grown and how much better I communicate with staff and the patients I care for. I’ve had a chance to meet new people, tell my story. I got lots of support from other students and the tutors. I want everyone to do this course, especially women who’ve been at home looking after babies.” Tina |
